Duke Realty’s wellness, community outreach, and diversity and inclusion initiatives strive to strengthen the bonds we have with all of our stakeholders.
We encourage Duke Realty associates and their families to live a healthy lifestyle and support them in that endeavor with a dynamic and inclusive wellness program. The program promotes all aspects of wellness—including physical, emotional, and financial health—through interactive programs, online resources, and generous incentives.
We show our support for our communities through personal volunteer efforts and financial contributions to organizations that rely on the generosity of others. Our associates participate in volunteer/community activities, and we support those who do by providing each associate with two paid community days per year.
One of these paid community days is used on an annual, company-wide Day of Service when associates in every Duke Realty office volunteer with local organizations in their communities on the same day. We also match associates’ contributions to not-for-profit organizations dollar for dollar.

Our diversity and inclusion program is dedicated to education, awareness, and advocacy—within our company, in our communities, and in our business and partner relationships. Our Diversity and Inclusion Council leads efforts to increase and advocate for diversity and inclusion through events, recognitions, and other initiatives.
