More than 84,500 square feet in new construction and infrastructure improvements under way
(Cincinnati, Ohio – August 10, 2011) itelligence Inc., Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty), and the City of Blue Ash have broken ground on itelligence’s new headquarters building and data center in Legacy Pointe, a Duke Realty development park in Blue Ash at Reed Hartman Highway and Osborne Blvd. Also during the ceremony, the group celebrated the infrastructure improvements that the City of Blue Ash is doing in and around the site to improve accessibility and enhance the appearance of the area.
itelligence’s new, two-story, 69,856-square foot, Class A headquarters building and state-of-the-art, 14,742-square foot data center are being constructed by Duke Realty. Both buildings will be built on an 8.09-acre site in Legacy Pointe that itelligence purchased. A new connector road between Reed Hartman and Osborne Blvd. is being constructed by the City of Blue Ash.

When completed, itelligence’s data center operations will feature the latest and greatest technology, including energyefficient cooling and next generation UPS systems with lowest energy loss and a “free cooling” option that will use outside temperature to cool the data center. In addition, the latest Storage Area Network cluster technologies will allow itelligence to be about 30 percent more energy efficient, while energy-efficient lighting throughout the buildings will round out the “green” approach itelligence is taking with this construction.

Legacy Pointe is a 26-acre land site in Blue Ash owned by Duke Realty. itelligence Inc.’s two structures will be the first buildings in the park which is located near several Duke Realty developments in Blue Ash, including Lake Forest Place, Pfeiffer Woods, Pfeiffer Place and The Landings.
