Class A Office Building in Lake Forest is Now 93% Leased

(Chicago, Ill. – Jan. 11, 2011) Duke Realty Corporation’s (Duke Realty) Chicago office announces that it has leased 23,404 square feet in West Lake at Conway, a Class A suburban office building it owns and manages in Lake Forest, Ill., to Omron Healthcare, a medical products distribution company. Omron Healthcare, currently located in Bannockburn, Ill., will relocate to West Lake at Conway in September 2011. With Omron Healthcare’s lease, West Lake at Conway, a 99,538-square foot building located at I-94 and Route 60, is 93 percent leased.
