Duke Realty’s Chicago Office Renews More than 650,000 SF in Industrial Property Leases
(Chicago, Ill. – Jan. 8, 2013) The Chicago office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty) announces that it has renewed leases in four properties totaling 664,680 square feet. With these renewals, Duke Realty’s Chicago industrial portfolio in Chicago is 99 percent leased.

In 515 W. Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook, TCG Packaging, Inc. renewed its lease for the entire 145,000-square foot industrial building. Rick Daly from Darwin Realty and Development Corporation represented TCG in the transaction. Susan Bergdoll represented Duke Realty.
At Crossroads 3, a 187,000-square foot industrial building located at 375 W. South Frontage Road in Bolingbrook, Harmon, Inc. renewed its lease for 71,400 square feet. Jim Estus with Colliers International represented Harmon, and Susan Bergdoll represented Duke Realty.
Innotrac renewed its lease for Duke Realty’s 354,000-square foot building located at 605 Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook. Bill Frain with CBRE represented Innotrac, while Ryan O’Leary represented Duke Realty.
In Carol Stream III, a 304,624-square foot building located at 370 Kimberly Drive in Carol Stream, Sysco Guest Supply renewed its lease for 93,880 square feet. CBRE’s Brett Kroner represented Sysco Guest Supply and Matt Mulvihill with CBRE and Ryan O’Leary with Duke Realty represented the landlord.
