(Indianapolis, Ind. – Dec.12, 2012) Construction is underway on a new Hampton Inn, the first hotel in Anson, Duke Realty’s 1,700-acre mixed-use development on the northwest side of Indianapolis just off I-65, and the first, Class A hotel in Boone County. The 56,708-square foot, four-story hotel, which is slated to open in July/August 2013, will feature 92 rooms and expand the amenities available in the Anson community.
Located on a 2.2 acre parcel in the northeast portion of Anson’s business district, the Hampton Inn is being developed by Yagnash Patel, an experienced developer, owner and operator who is endorsed by several major hotel franchises and is involved with 60 operational hotels nationwide. The facility in Anson will feature an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, wireless connectivity and free, hot breakfast each day.
